By including my name, city (optional), state and email address, I accept and consent that by submitting my story I agree that my personal story of playing youth baseball and/or softball may be used by the Author in future book projects without compensation of any kind to me. I agree that by submitting my story the Author retains the non-exclusive right, but not the obligation, to publish, in full or a portion, my story. The Author has the right to use my first name, last name, city (optional), and state of my sign-up contact information with my story in any future projects. I agree to hold harmless the Author (and/or his or her estate) as a result of publishing my story in any print, electronic, audio or video format. I understand my email address will be used by the Author to communicate future projects and blog posts from the Author. I have fully read and understand that upon my submission of my story, I am licensing such story to the website on a non-exclusive basis. I understand that by completing the sign-in requirements, this signifies my informed consent to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
